Airheads - A Healthy Alternative To Candy?
Airheads is a very sweet, creamy, chewy candy made by Dutch Italians in Erlanger, Kentucky. I got my first taste of Airheads when my great uncle took me to see his dentist one day for a cleaning. I was very excited to try this new mouthful of sweet candy, since my dentist was going to "Google it" when he found it in his search. I wasn't disappointed that I got to try Airheads again that day!
As it turns out, Airheads is a gum from the Netherlands. It is actually a candy that comes in small plastic bottles that have a gum cover. The actual gum is made up of a combination of sweet powders and sugar. Many people enjoy the taste of these guys, but they can be very hard for some people to chew on. If you happen to like this gum, then you might want to give it a try.

It is said to be very nutritious, which explains why it is used in the making of Airheads. When you chew on a piece of Airheads, you will notice that it gives your teeth a nice clean taste.
Since the gum comes in many different flavors, it's easy to choose one that you like the best. For example, there are the fruit gum, orange gum, blue gum, strawberry gum, and the new gum line that include a combination of flavors. Some even include a hint of eucalyptus in it, which is great for people who have problems with allergies. Just make sure that the gum you get is not one of those that have sugary cereals inside of them, as this will make the experience almost unbearable.
As you can see, airheads are definitely a good alternative to sugary gum. They taste great, don't cause teeth sensitivity, and are inexpensive. There is really no reason for anyone not to try airheads as an alternative to sugary sweets. Just make sure that you brush your teeth after every time you eat the candy, and that you try to resist eating them when you have a dinner party to attend.
