I can never remember eating them though I know I liked them when I was younger. Now, that I am an adult I have had the opportunity to sample many different types of airheads and gum from different companies. Here are some tips on picking out your next gum or airheads.
Size - The size of the gum you choose is going to depend on your taste buds and how much room you have in your mouth. Some airheads are made in tiny little balls while others are chunks of candy. It's up to you. Some people like the chunky gum while others prefer the smoother candy. I personally like the smaller hard candy variety.
Types - There are many types of airhead candy out there but the most popular ones include: Mints, almonds, peanut butter cups, pretzels, and jelly beans. You can also get gum balls and wafers. If you are not picky you can get them any type of gum you want. They even have them in every holiday imaginable.
Cost - Airheads are pretty cheap because they are so simple to make. Even with the ingredients found in each one only a few pennies is all it takes to make one. This makes them a great gift idea as well. You can get a bunch of them for less than $5 which is really a steal when you compare them to what else you can buy for that same price.
Types of Gum - You have probably tried one kind of gum or another. I personally like flavored gums as they add a lot to the experience. However, if you don't want to spend money on gum try to get them in a flavor of your choice. I personally love chocolate, so I get airheads in different flavors such as: marshmallow, chocolate pudding, etc. If you want gum that is not so expensive try getting them in a different flavor. There are many gum flavors such as: strawberry, raspberry, orange, and even green that can add some much needed variety to your airheads.
These are just a couple of ways that airheads are great to have. Airheads make a great gift for just about anyone, because they are so inexpensive and easy to make. They make a great way to get your kids to eat healthier or have a healthy snack. As long as you keep them in an airtight container and give them some air, they will be fine.
