Baby Shower Decorations - How To Give A Wonderful Baby Candy Party

You've probably seen the ads on TV, seen the ones that show a little boy eagerly anticipating his first taste of toy candy from a newly opened candy store. The commercials can be hard to ignore, and when you see your children's faces light up, it can be tempting to take them there yourself. But are you making your child the next big superstar in pop culture? Is your son or daughter going to be the next big thing, the next "it" kid?

Well, maybe not... But it's not too soon to start thinking about this, because it's just like anything else, kids are picky eaters and if they're not treated well, they'll soon grow up to dislike candy all together. They won't understand why you're sitting down to eat their little cupcakes when they've grown up and gotten into better behavior, and no amount of bribery will get those sweetie candies moving. If your child's going to be a big fan of toys, then there's no reason not to take him or her to a candy store once or twice a week. Here are some ideas of things to try, and maybe even encourage.

First off, you can try handing out small stuffed animals that match the color scheme of the candy your child likes. Get some orange plush dolls, maybe a few little pink dolls and other animal designs. Maybe you also have a favorite movie or your child's favorite character. Maybe they like Spongebob Squarepants, or maybe they like Winnie the Pooh. What's nice about having something they like around them, that they can touch and feel when they get hungry or bored, is that it makes them feel good.

Another idea is to buy some colorful toy pops that come with an adorable treat package for your baby. You could include baby food, a bottle, and a brush and comb, and a stuffed bear that like to cuddle. Play music from the movie, or some baby lullaby songs.

Once you have decided on the type of candy you're going to give, then you need to decide on the best time of day. Do you start giving the treats before lunch or wait until dinner? What time of day is better for you to give out the treats, either at breakfast lunch, or dinner? What type of food do you want to serve, spicy chicken fingers, savory peanut butter balls, warm chocolate lollipops, or a yogurt parfait?

Finally, remember that you do not have to give a single piece all at once. You can give a small bag of candy, or a basket full of different toys. Sometimes having more treats at once will make them last longer, especially if you let them dry in the open air. Just use your imagination, and you'll soon find yourself handing out candy bags, stuffed animals, toys, and rocking chairs to your baby, toddler, or baby shower attendees.
