Bulk Gummy Bear Candies
One of the best foods on the planet is the gummy bear. I have yet to meet someone who did not like these tasty treats. These candies are a favorite of children and adults alike. Gummy bears can be found in many different flavors and sizes. There are even several different types of candy gums that are available.
If you are looking for a fun craft idea for the kids, how about creating a bulk candy gummy bear? This is a fun and simple craft that children love to do. The great thing about making these gummy bears is that you can make them different shapes such as circles, squares, triangles and more.
To make a bulk gummy bear, you will need some type of mold. It is best to use a silicone mold since it is reusable. When choosing a mold, make sure that it is appropriate for what you are making. You can purchase these molds at any office supply or craft store. Next, you will need a food coloring to tint your gummy bear so that it has a color of your choice. This will give your creation a little personality.
Once you have your mold, it is time to create your gummy bears. Start by drawing a rough sketch on a piece of cardboard. Cut out various shapes from your cardboard so that you will know how big your gummy bear will be once it is cut up. Use food coloring to tint your outline of the picture. You can choose from dark green, light green, and blue. It is a good idea to practice with the food coloring before you put the picture into the gummy bear mixture.
To fill the candies, mix together one tablespoon of food coloring with eight ounces of water. Mix until the color is blended in well with the other ingredients. Next, add the eight ounces of water and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture into a mold and let it set for about an hour. Now you have your gummy bears to snack on!
Bulk gummy bear candy is a unique and tasty gift idea. You will be sure to be appreciated for your creative thinking. Send out birthday invitations for a party or just hand them out as stocking stuffers at the office. If you are throwing a baby shower, you can personalize the candy bars by writing the mother's name on each candy bar. Bulk gummy bear candies are sure to be loved by everyone!
