Four Variations of the Reese Peanut Butter Cup

DescriptionA classic American snack is Reese Peanut Butter cups. These are small, chocolate-covered balls of chocolate that come in a variety of flavours and toppings. Their appeal has made them a huge success in the US. In fact, Reese's has more than six million individually wrapped chocolate bars in their inventory.

Reese Peanut Butter

DescriptionReese's Peanut Butter cups are an American candy made from a blend of cream-based, peanut butter and sugar. They were first made on November 15, 1928, by H. B. Reese, an unemployed shipping clerk and dairy farmer. He had given away his last packet of peanuts to friends, saying that he was going to eat his last crunchy bite. However, after a day of traveling, he realized that his candies would have to be discontinued, as he did not have enough money to stock the candy supply. As such, Reese Peanut Butter cups were born.

History indicates that Reeses was not the only one to use the name'Reese Peanut Butter' as the brand name of his candies. In fact, it was the very first confectioner to do so. However, many of the manufacturers followed suit and began calling their products such as Nutty Butter or Snickers. In addition, some even began using the term Reese Peanut Butter in advertisements, rather than simply Reese Peanut Butter cups.

Date: Probably the first time that Reese Peanut Butter was produced was in 1931. It was called Nilla, and the company began marketing the product as a 'Nilla' due to the fact that it was the first available chocolate filling. At that point, the company began packaging their chocolate in dark, rectangular-shaped jars, rather than the traditional square-shaped chocolate jars. The first containers of this type of chocolate were marketed for just nine dollars each.

The reason that this type of product was not named Reese Peanut Butter cups first, but rather Reese Peanut Butter Nilla, is because of its size. Nilla is a very tiny cup, making it hard to wrap and market. As such, when the candy companies began selling the smaller chocolate bars as well as the Nilla variety, they began marketing these products under their various other names. This allowed for the Reese Peanut Butter brand name to remain exclusive to its own name.

Cup: The cup product was created later and was designed to resemble a large, slipper-type handbag. In addition, the cup product was not only made of chocolate, but of an ingredient that has since been removed from the Reese Peanut Butter creme. This type of confectionary was marketed by the Nestle Company until the mid-nineties. It is important to note that this product type did not become as popular as the original Reese Peanut Butter creme. However, many people still prefer the smaller cups over the original.

Fillings: The third variation of the chocolate drink is the addition of fillings. One of the most common choices is to use a mixture of cream cheese and peanut butter. However, this filling is not necessary. In fact, it was once believed that the absence of a filling was a sign that the product was not true peanut butter. As a result, the company removed the filling from all of their cups except one. This one remained and has been sold ever since.

The fourth variation of the Reese Peanut Butter cups is known as the white creme filling. This type of product has been sold with varying amounts of chocolate. In some cases, the amount of chocolate is minimal, while in other cases, the chocolate can be overwhelming. As a result of this factor, there are various manufacturers who produce this type of product. It is important to note that white creme filling is generally thicker than the milk chocolate variety.
