This particular chocolate is not as popular as the American Barry callebaut. In addition, it is not as widely exported because it is pricier and is harder to find.

Whole-milk chocolate, also referred to as white chocolate, is the one we are all familiar with and has a higher milk fat content compared to any other type of chocolate. In fact, it has more than three times the milk fat content of milk chocolate. Some people even consider it to be a type of healthy chocolate because it has a significantly lower sugar and fewer calories compared to other types.
