How Chocolate Molds Is Using
Chocolate has been the most popular sweet with people all over the world for many years now. Known as the "food of the Gods" since ages, it is enjoyed by everyone even in this modern age. Chocolate is very rich and creamy, which gives it an appealing taste that pleasing the palates of all. In fact, some people prefer chocolate to other sugary desserts like cake or ice cream, not only because of its taste but also because it is a health food.
Chocolate is made of three main ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar and water. Cocoa butter gives the final touch to the drink and it is the reason behind the richness of the final product. To add the richer characteristic to the drink, raw beans are first roasted at high temperature in a rotating cylinder. Depending on the type of beans and the desired result, the roast lasts from thirty minutes to 2 hours at boiling temperatures of 250 degrees and above.
After the roasting process is complete, the chocolate is then pressed and poured into moulds where it is baked at 400 degrees until it reaches the right density. After baking, the upper layer is scraped off and the lower layer is left that has the same texture as that of the finished product. At this stage, the chocolate is ready to be packaged. Chocolate manufacturing companies generally make use of a special type of packaging material called a package pump. This device helps in the packaging of very dense chocolate at a low pressure.
Once the chocolate has reached the proper density, it is transferred to a container that allows it to cool down to 50% strength. The cooled down chocolate is then poured into molds and a machine gun is used to heat it up to the required temperature. The heat vapor helps to melt the chocolate which makes it easier to pour into the mold. The heated chocolate is allowed to cool and after the roasting process, it is ready for sale.
Another way in which chocolate is made is by using a simple sugar recipe kit. This kit has all the necessary ingredients such as the chocolate pieces, sugar, vanilla, nuts, raisins, dates and milk. All the equipment is also included in the package. One can make his or her own chocolate bars at home and enjoy its tasty flavor and unique taste.
It is important to use only tempered chocolate bars or those that have been blended with another liquid, to retain its smooth and creamy texture. It is preferable to avoid mixing the milk and cream or other solids with the chocolate while melting it because the resulting chocolate might spoil if mixed. The melting chocolate should be done in a completely enclosed area because no moisture can get in. A room temperature will do for melting chocolate but the resulting drink will not be as smooth and creamy as those made using this method.
