Jelly Belly
Jelly Belly is a manufacturer of jelly doughnuts. Jelly Belly is also the maker of Jelly Roll-ays and Jelly Rolls. Jelly Belly was founded by a German-American food writer and cartoonist Herman Goelitz. Jelly Belly is one of the largest manufacturers of Jelly Belly candies in the United States.
The Jelly Belly brand was born in 1937 by David Klein. He began his business in an old vaudeville theater in New York City. The company has expanded greatly since that time. Today Jelly Belly manufactures Jelly Belly candy bars, Jelly Roll-ays, Jelly Roll-outs, Jelly Belly jelly beans, and a variety of flavored Jelly Belly candy pieces. In addition, they manufacture Jelly Belly jelly beans with a variety of fillings, nuts and toffees in many different assortments.
Jelly Belly candy bars are mainly a combination of several different flavors, including: Banana Split, Blueberry Blast, Caramel Apple, Chocolate Fudge, Cinnamon Toast, Citrus Mix, Coconut, Dietetic Lemonade, French Vanilla, Guilt Free Punch, Icy Hot, Jelly Belly Blast, Juice, Macadamia Nut, Marshmallow, Orange, Pink Chiffon, Raspberry, Sky-Line Vanilla, Sugar Rush, Van Gogh, and more. Some jelly beans are flavored with fruits and flavors from around the world. They also offer a variety of assortments such as: French Vanilla, Guilt Free Punch, Icy Hot, Macadamia Nut, Lemonades, Pure Vanilla, Strawberry, and more. They also offer specialty candy assortments such as: candy eyes, gum drops, chocolate kisses, and more.
Jelly Belly jelly beans are made from a mixture of natural jelly beans and sugar with natural flavorings from the United States and other countries. The mixture is then heated to over 160 degrees Fahrenheit (warm to boiling). The resulting product is smooth, fluffy, and sweet. When you taste it, you will undoubtedly know it is Jelly Belly. It is considered one of the best candy corn products on the market.
A large variety of Jelly Belly candy products can be found at candy stores, groceries, convenience stores, drugstores, and online. Some of their most popular products include: Jelly Belly Blast, Caramel Apple, Blueberry Blast, Caribbean Apple, Chocolate Fudge, Citrus Mix, Icy Hot, Maraschino Cherry, Minty Caramel, and more. Most jelly beans are coated in chocolate for sweetness, but some have no coating and are just naturally sweet. They are available in a number of different flavors, such as: Almond, Banana, Blueberry, Blackberry, Butter, Coconut, Cotton Candy, Chewy, Chocolate, Grape, Honey, Hot Apple, iSour, Lemon, Mango, New York Style, Nuts, Peanut Butter, Pecan, Pumpkin, Strawberry, and more. Some of the flavors are seasonal, such as: Autumn, Summer, and Spring.
In addition to jelly beans, candy industries also offer other types of candies such as: hard candy, gummi candy, and hardtack candy. Both are popular among consumers and both sell well. These candy industries are responsible for nearly $30 billion in revenue annually. Their success is not based on their ability to produce the highest quality candy, but on their ability to create unique, delicious candy that millions of Americans love.
