Nerds Rope - A Unique Way To Flavor Your Next Halloween Candy Creation
Nerds Rope is the latest exciting kid's superhero: Small yet sweet, tiny, adorable and delightfully tasty, Nerds are sweet, tiny fun characters wrapped in candy toad shapes. Nerds Rope makes delightful, chewy fun with flavors of fudge and caramel, by coating a soft, candy center with miniature characters. With its multi-dimensional sense of texture, Nerds Rope makes a great summertime candy experience with its brilliant sense of contrast and gummy, crave-worthy flavor. Kids will love it for its cute characters and bright colors, while adults will love it for its delectable sweetness and chewy texture. Kids and adults will both be delighted by Nerds Rope.
Made by The Hershey Company (one of the most popular candy manufacturers in the world), Nerds Rope comes in three flavors: Minty Mocha, Nutty Caramel and Chocolate Dipped Apple. In addition to flavors, this candy may also include bite-size chocolates decorated with your child's favorite movie, cartoon or toy character, along with a three-sided die and a set of construction paper for constructing the perfect candy house. The candy may also include a small tag that reads, "From the Hershey factory, come these super sweets Nerds Rope!" On the tag there may be a message that reads, "These Rope Toys is designed for children ages three to seven. Each bag contains approximately thirty-two grams of fudge and will keep up to two hours.
To make Nerds Rope, manufacturers inflate a twenty-five gram pack of Nerds in a plastic bowl and freeze it. Afterward, you fill the bowl of Nerds with water and add three cups of sugar. Allow the mixture to settle and after about five minutes, remove it from the freezer and cut it into three-inch pieces. You then cut the Nerds into candy shapes such as letters, stars, dots, circles, squares and ovals. If there is leftover candy left over from making the candy, don't throw it away because it can be used again in combination with other gummy treats such as Nerds Cupcakes, Nerds Taffy or Nerds S'mores. Keep the leftover candy in a sealed bag and add it to your candy supply basket.
To make gummy Nerds Rope, mix one tablespoon of white sugar with one tablespoon of sour cream in a bowl. Mix until the ingredients are completely blended. Once blended, spoon the mixture into a clean bag and let it harden. As an alternative to the sugar candy, some gummy nuts may also serve as an alternative sweetener. The chocolate and sugar combination should be spread evenly on a cookie sheet or rolled out for an extra treat. Some gums may even serve as a better alternative for sweetening Nerds Rope, but if you are looking for a healthier alternative to the sugary treat, honey may be a better choice.
For an extra fun twist to the Nerds Rope, drizzle over half a cup of CoolMousse and fold in half a half ounce of blueberries and a half teaspoon of vanilla. If the Nerds Rope has a hole in it, put a blueberry flavor candy in the hole and freeze the candy. When the Nerds Rope has cooled down, take it out of the freezer and gently fold it in half and place in a zip lock bag. If there are remaining holes, fill them with bubble gum. The Nerds Rope makes for a festive treat for any Nerds Party.
These Nerds Rope candy creations are a great addition to any children's party and will really get them going. They can also be enjoyed by adults who happen to be attending the party as well. For one, the Nerds Rope is very similar to Willy Wonka and it will help all ages feel excited about attending the Halloween event that they are attending. Another great thing about this Nerds Rope creation is that it can actually help to break up the ice between different groups of people so that people will have a more pleasant experience at the Halloween party that they are attending. The Nerds Rope candy will certainly help you enjoy your Halloween party.
