Nerds Rope - The Perfect Sweetsaver
Nerds Rope creates delightful fun with a sophisticated sense-of-balance by coating a chewy, soft, brown bottom with tiny confetti-colored candy pieces. With its luminous sense of color and texture, NERDS Rope creates a zany, color, and texture combination universally defined as a candy store. Made of soft brown wax with an assortment of russeted, plush candy-colored candy pieces, each piece represents the shape of a particular candy -- ranging from the very familiar gumball to the very bizarre but always exciting licorice. These pieces are generally painted with a camouflage finish to prevent them from getting trashed around a household; however, the paint is easily cleaned off with a damp sponge, making it perfect for children and adults alike who just want to have a little bit of fun!
Nerds Rope features a range of wacky characters such as Kermit the Frog, Sweet Pea, Mr. Spell, Snipper, Pipsqueak, Chunk, and many more! The product also includes a list of ingredients as listed on the back of the pack: Nerds Rope has a tag that reads, "Contains no gluten, dairy, lactose, wheat, or artificial preservatives".
Despite its wholesome appearance, Nerds Rope packs quite a wallop! On first glance, you can tell that the product is both unhealthy and loaded with sugar, as it is filled with artificial sweeteners, which can be harmful to your health if taken in excess. On second glance, it is incredibly sweet and has a fruity flavor. Third and last, you can tell that it contains a lot of vinegar (which also contains artificial sweeteners), which is probably not good for your digestive system.
Upon opening the bag, Nerds Rope appears to be a yummy gummy bear with a bright red wrapper. Upon taking a bite, you immediately notice the gummy bear inside is hard and has a strange taste. Upon chewing, you can tell that it has a sugary flavor similar to the white bread. After a few seconds of chewing, you can feel a sharp sensation in your stomach and then the gummy bear instantly dissolves. On further inspection, you can see that the gummy bear inside has a long string of fiber. This string of fiber is what makes Nerds Rope a unique snack because you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight!
When you are done eating, the Nerds Rope starts to wiggle and dance around, much like a fidgety cat. It has a long, pink stem, which allows you to easily put it between your cheekbones to enjoy its sweet and fruity flavor. As the Nerds Rope dances around, a small bottle of dextrose comes out of the bag and gives you a little kick as you sip it down. The bottle contains a lot less dextrose than what is found in three cans of regular soda, and only about half as much as you would find in three packs of diet soda. You can definitely tell that Nerds Rope has a lot of health benefits, but one thing it does have is a surprisingly low calorie count of just 0.2 calories per gram!
One thing that might concern you about Nerds Rope is that it is artificial sweetener. You will need to look for the ingredients list to determine if the product contains any artificial sweeteners or not. The official website does list the ingredients used in Nerds Rope as 'corn starch, water, and gummy candy'. However, many artificial sweeteners may not be safe for children, and as always with gummy candies, moderation is key. Remember to keep your snacks coming, and keep those gummy fingers of yours off them!
