Nerds Rope: Great Ideas For Celebrating a Kids Birthday

Nerds Rope is the latest creation of award-winning artist David Aberg. In 2021, Aberg was commissioned by Hasbro to create a line of Nerds inspired products. Nerds Rope consists of a series of three products: Nerds Silly Bandz, Nerds Crazy Bandz, and Nerds T-shirts. Each of these three products was designed to stand up to children chewing on their very own Nerds.

Tiny, tiny, tiny candy-shaped characters, Nerds are sweet, little strange little creatures wrapped in sweet-smelling cotton candy. When kids put Nerds in their mouths, they feel the soft cotton candy and gummy goodness of Nerds in their mouth. Nerds Rope makes for fun, yummy fun with its touch-sculpted, gumdrop-coated center covered in glitter-coloured characters. With its contrasting sense of crunchy and gummy, Nerds Rope makes for a sweet, zany, colour, texture and flavour combination best defined as an unforgettable candy experience.

Kids can make use of Nerds Rope to practice their fine motor skills. Simply thread Nerds onto the nose of a toy ball, and have Nerds chasing the ball around your head and across the room. This is an exciting and funny activity that both young and old can enjoy. It's a perfect way to reward young girls for all of their effort and patience during Easter! Also, it's easy to see if they got their candy on the way as every child can score a prize - a teddy bear, a box of chocolates, or a balloon or two.

If you want to make your next Easter party more exciting, then why not let your guests open up Easter eggs instead of candy? You can find an assortment of Easter eggs with colorful raffia inside at your local dollar shop or discount retailer. Raffia is a very popular Easter gift. It's a safe, cheap alternative to "real" Easter candy.

Finally, but definitely not least, if you have older kids at the party who have been naughty or nice throughout the year - maybe even earned some badges and ribbons along the way - Nerds Rope makes for a really sweet, traditional way to collect those prizes. To award your good kids, tie a ribbon around the bag or box containing the spoils. They can then take the prize home as a special token of their appreciation - a nod of their parents' love for them!

It's really simple to create a Nerds Rope Party. With the large assortment of pre-stuffed animals, it's easy to match the theme to the type of party you are having. Once you've decided on the props, it's easy to arrange your favors and take down the icing (if you decide to use it). Then you simply have to sit back as your guest count down until they get to the "spoils." Happy Nerds!
