Reese Peanut Butter Cups

Reese Peanut Butter Cups, also known as Reeses, is American candy pieces made from a chocolate mold of peanuts. They were manufactured by The Hershey Company in Hersheypark, PA. They were first produced on November 15, 1928, by H. B. Reese, who was a former shipping clerk and dairy farmer. The boxes of Reese Peanut Butter Cups have since been sold all over the world.

Reese Peanut Butter

The name Reese Peanut Butter Cups came about due to the fact that it was often sold in" Reese's Own cup" packages, much like many other popular candy companies sold their own version of this particular product. The boxes usually had the candy theme and a picture of a peanut's Eating House, which is a popular children's cartoon show from the early 1940s. Reese Peanut Butter Cups became a huge success when it was introduced to the market and became the second most popular candy item behind only jelly beans. Both Reese and Hershey recognized that this unique candy was going to be a big hit, and so they worked very hard to make sure that each piece of their product was different.

In addition to the original" Reese's Own cup" packaging, there was also another smaller version that was available. This particular one included an actual Reese's peanut butter sandwich, which is sold all over the country. These sandwiches were sold in traditional paperboard boxes, and instead of peanuts, they contained jam. Both of these packaging choices were very popular for families in the middle class, as they were both affordable and enjoyed. As more people became interested in these particular candies, they started to get rid of their traditional cups in favor of the more affordable chocolate gift packages that came along.

In addition to the" Reese's Own cup" packaging, the Reese candy variety also included several other different versions. One of these was the Reese's Nutrageous Chocolate Cup, which contained three pieces of chocolate covered Nutrisystem snack cakes. Another popular variation of this candy was the" Reese's Peanut Butter Blast" which contained three tubes of Nutrisystem chocolate candy, along with a blast of peanut butter.

The" Reese's Own Granola" was the first available variety to include chocolate shavings as an ingredient. It featured an array of different flavors such as banana, chocolate, and lemon; and featured a filling that looked a lot like a traditional granola cereal. Another variation on the chocolate was sold with a cinnamon flavor and was available as a four-ounce box of" Reese's Own Healthy Hot Dog Treats". Although it was never marketed nationwide, it was a very popular option for shoppers on the East Coast and was discontinued after the recall.

Other options were also available, including smaller two-ounce cups, six ounce cups, nine-ounce cups, and twelve-ounce cups. All of these variations featured the standard Reese's Nutrisystem pieces and often had either pieces of fruit or nuts mixed into the mix. The biggest variation offered by Reese was their "Big Cup" variety, which was sold in twelve-ounce bags and contained a variety of different flavorings including maple, chocolate, orange, and lemon. This was the first opportunity for consumers to actually taste the chocolate they were buying, and many people claimed that it was their favorite flavor.

For those of you who want the real deal, there is still only one type of Reese Peanut Butter cup that has ever been manufactured. This is the limited edition "Reese's Own Dark Chocolate" variety, which was exclusively distributed by the Reese's Nutrisystem program. Although it was never intended to be a "mainstream" product, the limited edition line did well for Reeses, and was the subject of many jokes on late night talk shows. The limited edition set featured three different types of chocolate pieces: the dark chocolate, the white chocolate, and the milk chocolate. Each of these pieces was covered in individually wrapped chocolate bars with a unique number on the wrap.

This became the "golden ticket" to getting a cup of this delicious creamy peanut butter recipe, since it was impossible to obtain the standard Reese's pieces without investing in the limited edition cups that came with the set. While not everyone was able to partake in the limited edition chocolate, it was still difficult to go wrong when considering the price. The chocolate itself was delicious, and it was the perfect cup to enjoy during the holidays. The price of the product made it very easy for anyone to justify the purchase, and when you see how many different occasions it can be used for, you will understand why this has become such a fan favorite. In fact, there are even some people who refuse to eat peanut butter without having the yearly opportunity to buy a Reese's cupcake or piece of cake that includes this delicious chocolate flavor!
