Why Airheads Gum Balls Is So Great
Airheads is a chewy, sour candy made by Dutch Italians based company Perfetti Van Melle of Erlanger, Kentucky. Gums made from Airheads have a very distinctive flavor, but unfortunately are not very popular outside of the sweets industry. That is a shame because this tasty gum really does deserve a bit of a spotlight. I am not sure why it has been neglected, but maybe it is because no one has ever managed to eat an entire bowl of them without getting the feeling that they are not really worth eating. Either way, I am sure there are many people out there who will try to eat their fill as soon as they lay their hands on a container of this heavenly sweet gummy wonder. If you want to learn why Airheads Bites is so addictive, you will want to continue reading this article.
Airheads were invented around 1874 by Dr. Barthel, a German physician. He found that chewing gum made the act of chewing his teeth easier. By constantly chewing on a piece of gum made from natural gums instead of the sugar coated hard candy gum, Dr. Barthel was able to prevent himself from going through the dental problems associated with hard candy gum. He would often put his gum in his pocket instead of his pockets to avoid having to carry the gum around. He claimed that by chewing his Airheads Gum he was less likely to feel the usual pain that would develop after a good night's sleep.
This little story is just the start of the fascinating history of Airheads. Over the years, gum balls of various colors and flavors have entered into the pop culture scene, and there are now gum balls for almost everything! One might even say that gumball candy is taking over the world! In addition to the numerous varieties of gum that are available, gum ball packaging has also changed a great deal. Gone are the days when gumball packaging was plain and boxy; these days, gum ball packaging is bright and colorful, but still packs in the candy that you want to have.
Even though gum balls have become a huge part of our lives, there are certain things that all consumers must be aware of. All gum is not created equally nor does every brand manufacturer produce the same quality gum. Some gum ball manufacturers claim that their gum balls are of better quality than others, but how can you tell? That can only be found by trying them out for yourself. There are gum balls that are really soft and cuddly and others that are crunchy and harder. You will definitely get them by chewing gum every day if you do your research.
When you go to purchase your own gum ball, you may want to ask your local dentist or professional sportsperson who they recommend. Many dentists specialize in treating sportspeople and their mouths, and they have had experience with different brands of airheads gum balls. If no one you know has any recommendations, then you should consider asking your dentist, as he or she has probably used airheads gum balls and can make a recommendation for a good brand. When you go to purchase your own, make sure that you read the instructions carefully so that you get your airheads gum ball exactly the way that you want it.
Airheads gum balls come in many shapes and colors. You can choose the size that you need, as well as whether you want a chewy soft gum ball or a hard one that will stick to your teeth. All you need to do once you receive your airheads is pop it in your mouth and chew it up. You will surely be delighted with the results.
