Why Are They So Popular?

The Kit Kat candy bar is everywhere and has earned great popularity among children and adults alike. In the United States alone, the candy bar has sold over two million boxes. The most popular variety is Kit Kat bar with nuts, raisins and other delicious fillings. It is an irresistible treat to kids and adults alike, especially in children's parties. Candy lovers young and old will eat their fill and be happy knowing that their beloved candy bar came from a true candy store.

Description Kit Kat is simply a candy bar shaped like a chocolate wafer. It has been created globally, except in the United States where it is typically made under contract by the H. M. Rowntree Candy Company, a subsidiary of the Hershey Company. Kit Kat was originally created by Rowntree's of London, United Kingdom, that was purchased by Nestle in 1988. In Japan, Kit Kat was called Kit Kat Ni, which means "no pain no gain." When translated literally, it means "no pleasure no gain" and Kit Kat have become the national diet of Japan.

History One of the reasons why Kit Kat has become so popular in the United Kingdom is because it was manufactured with an excellent design for a market that has little taste for quality products. In the mid 1980s, the United Kingdom introduced "three layer" chocolate bars, which meant that the chocolate had three layers of melt-away chocolate but still retained its crunchy texture. This was an instant hit with children and adults alike and helped to solidify Kit Kat as one of the top candy bars. It later became one of the major brands of confectionary and remains so today.

History One of the reasons why Kit Kat has become so popular in the United Kingdom is because it used wafers in place of the traditional truffles. Although truffles are delicious, they are extremely delicate and break easily. When the wafers are combined with Kit Kat itself, this delicious gourmet food is transformed into the perfect food companion. The company also added a special kind of Belgian wafers to their product, which are just as delicious as the actual chocolate wafers but do not melt or lose their shape.

Variety Another reason why Kit Kat has been a huge success in the UK is because it offers many different varieties of chocolate bars. For example, there are Kit Kat Oatmeal Creme Brule, Kit Kat Sunshine Coast, Kit Kat Mint Hot Chocolate, and Kit Kat Tropical Fudge Sundae, just to name a few. Because people from all around the world have enjoyed the various flavors of this delicious wafers, it is not surprising that there are so many different varieties from which to choose. A person can choose one that suits their taste and their budget.

Cost While truffles are extremely delicious, Kit Kat candy bars are made with much lower cost, making them very affordable. Moreover, they are much easier on the budget than other types of candy bars. Candy bars are one of the most expensive foods, so people have to be sure that they are getting their money's worth when they eat them. Kit Kat bars are also great for parties because they come in enough different varieties that there are bound to be some that will go over anyone's favourite chocolate bar. With a little effort, it is easy for anyone to find a variety that they love.
