Orders under $350 ship for a $35 flat rate (remote areas calculated separately). Orders over $350 ship free, except to remote areas and for oversize/overweight items. Volume discounts also apply automatically: 3% off $999–$1,499 and 5% off $1,499+ (before tax).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Warehouse pickup is available weekdays 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, selectable at checkout.
Do you add new products?
Yes — we carry ~1,900 products with new items arriving daily, so check back often for the latest candy and novelty arrivals.
What if items arrive damaged or close-dated?
If anything arrives damaged, we'll take care of it — contact us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. Close-dated items are handled too: reach out and we'll resolve it with you.
